
Mortgage Preapproval Made Easy
Getting Preapproved for a mortgage is your first step towards home ownership. My process is thorough and I am here to answer questions along the way. Preapprovals are typically completed within 24 hours of receiving your loan application and documentation.
Step One: Connect: Call /text/email or book time on my calendar directly. Feel free to skip to Step Two.
Step Two: Complete a Loan Application by clicking on the Green LOAN APPLICATION button above. Set up an account for ongoing access to FairwayNOW, our secure online portal. Download the Mobile App for easy access to the scanner function and mortgage calculator. It's ok to best guess your purchase price and loan amount.
Step Three: Once you submit your application, the Checklist will show what documentation is needed. There is a generic Add Document at the bottom for additional items not listed.
Please UNFREEZE any scores that you have frozen with Experian, Transunion or Equifax.
If your family is willing and able to contribute gifts funds towards your down payment, let me know and I can send our standard gift letter template.
If you own property, we will want a copy of mortgage statement, insurance bill, HOA dues if any.
